SPM-VFDHP 40KW THREE PHASE INVERTER STACK RELEASED
Taraz Technologies announces the release of SPM-VFDHP, which is a 40kW Three Phase Inverter Stack with optional SiC and IGBT Power Switches. It is capable of operating at 50 kHz switching frequency with Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power Switches, while the IGBT variant can operate at 30 kHz switching frequency. Moreover, high MTBF DC-Link Film Capacitors, rated at 900V and 105°C, ensure long life and reliable operation at elevated temperatures. Therefore, it is useful for customized product development and research in a wide variety of applications such as Active Rectifiers, Motor Drives and PV Inverters. It can also be used as a basic power block in larger power electronics systems.
